A Regional Commitment to Museum Professionals

This ambitious project seeks to develop a comprehensive regional mapping of museum workers across Latin America and the Caribbean, spanning public, private, and mixed institutions. Its central aim is to generate technical and quantitative evidence that can help shape cultural policies and strengthen institutional management through a people-centered approach.

  • Collection of data on professional profiles, working conditions, sector challenges, and institutional strengths
  • Analysis of findings with specialized consultants
  • Dissemination of results to support advocacy, policy development, and continuous improvement across the region
